Operations

We have two aircraft which are based at Kalene Mission. All flights are on a request basis. The cell phone network and the internet which link all mission stations make communication quite easy. Medical emergencies can be responded to immediately during daylight hours.

John and Bruce are both pilots.  The daily administration and flight bookings are carried out by Bruce. John does the accounting and flight scheduling, as well as helping with the aircraft maintenance. A Flight Service Committee meets to advise and assist in making policy decisions and to prayerfully develop a vision for the future. In addition to the flight program, we manage a guest house facility near Lusaka International Airport, an office/storeroom in the main terminal building and a double cab pickup for transportation within the city.
